Mommy...

The best job in the world!!!! I love being a mom. I thank all the mom's in my life. I thank all the God mommies, grandmommies, sister's and sis-in-law's, aunt's and friends that play such a special role in not only my life but my sweet baby boy's lives as well. It takes a very special person to be a mom! Being a mom takes patience (Lord, I have had to learn that the hard way), love, caring, will, multi-tasking, unselfishness, laughter, tears, and did I mention patince?!?!? I never knew how miraculous being a mom would be. I also never knew I could love anything as much as I do these little boys in my life! They have consumed my whole life... and I love every mintue of it! Just 3 years ago I could have never imagined how being a mom would have changed my life. So, to my boys... you are both so amazing! I am so proud and privileged to be your mom.

Thank you Grandma and Nana for being such a special part of the boy's lives. They love, adore and thank you for all your unconditional love!

Aunt Jen and Aunt Sarah... Thank you for all your love and guidance you give to my boys! Being a Godmom is such a special role to play in a child's life and we thank you for your unending love...

Me and my sweet Godsons... Thanks for allowing me to play such a special part of your lives! I love you boys!!!!

Happy Mother's day to all you wonderful women out there!

Fun in the sun...

at CAROWINDS!!!! Yayyyy! It is finally that time of the year! Nolan anxiously awaited this time all winter. We pass by the big roller coasters at least 4 times a week and Nolan could hardly wait to get to go! The park is open for Education days on Fridays so we take advantage of the short lines and cooler days. Last Friday Kelly, Aunt Pam and I took the gang. They had lots of fun! Nolan is still not too sure of the roller coasters but likes all the kiddie rides. Carson even got to ride his very 1st carousel ride. It is so fun to enjoy Carowinds through there little minds... Everything is so big and great to them! It really brings a whole new meaning to the park! I look forward to many more trips this year (and not to mention many really good naps afterwards!!!!)

I was the only brave soul that would ride with the kiddos...

Oh, I wish I was just a little bit bigger...

Fun weekend with the fam...

Mike's grandparents and Aunt and Uncle from PA came down to Wilmington to spend a week with his Aunt and Uncle so we took a road trip to hang out for the weekend. It was a great time enjoyed by all. Aunt Sue and Uncle Dan were terrifc hosts and had lots of fun things planned. As always, lots of fun was had by all and we look forward to seeing all soon! Thanks Aunt Sue, Uncle Dan, and girls....

We started the weekend at the park watching Hannah play ball. Nolan still yells "Go Hannah" when we pass by a softball field!

Then we headed home to eat lunch and yummy desserts! Thanks Aunt Sue... you made Nolan's day!

That afternoon we packed up and headed to the beach to have yummy dinner and watch the amazing sunset! The boys had a great time watching the boats, feeding the duckies and throwing shells into the water.

The amazing sunset...
The next day we spent relaxing and eating some more good food! It's these times in life I cherish... Thanks guys for the memories!

More Egg-citing pics...

Here are the last of the Easter pictures... FINALLY! We somehow manage to stay pretty busy around the Pinti house so there is small amount sof time for the blog but I am on a mission to get caught up and hopefully (fingers crossed) stay caught up! After we visited with the Pinti family we took off to Aunt Pam's house to visit and have more Easter activities. The boys had a great time! Thanks Aunt Pam for the hospitality!

How EGG-citing...

I am finally almost done editing our Easter pics. Boy does my house stay busy. Only working 2 days a week you would think I would have all this free time... YEAH RIGHT! These 2 boys keep me very busy so when I do have a moment of down "me" time, this is not what is on my agenda. So, I am half way done with our Easter pictures and hope I will be caught up by the end of the week. The Pinti house has been very busy so check back often for what has been going on!

We started easter morning out by carry on a tradition the Pinti house did for the kiddos growing up. Every Easter morning the Easter bunny would hide their Easter baskets. We hid Nolan's basket this year and made him look for it... he thought that was pretty cool! Then we headed over to Eatser morning church and then to Grandma and papaw's for brunch. After visiting, eating, and a really fun easter egg hunt we headed to Aunt Pam's for more food, fun and egg hunts. The boys had a really fun time!
Happy 1st Easter Carson...
